Aurevity Procurement provides AI-assisted procurement workflow automation tools, including intake and approval routing, sourcing assistance, supplier management coordination, contract and renewal tracking, and procurement operations support. Our platform is designed to work alongside your existing systems as an orchestration layer.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit harmful or malicious code

All content, features, and functionality of the Aurevity Procurement platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Aurevity LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Aurevity Procurement, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurevity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
